Role overview

As a Rigging Tech Artist you will be working with our team on developing a AAA character creator tool that will be part of the virtual experiences of the future.

Necessary Skills:

  • Experience in character rigging for VFX, animation or video games.
  • Knowledge and experience in modeling for animation and video games: topology, optimization for video games.
  • Knowledge of artistic anatomy and its application in character modeling and rigging.
  • Advanced experience working with Autodesk Maya.
  • Knowledge of rigging in Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of FACS-based facial rigging; realistic characters.
  • Programming knowledge in Python, PySide/PyQt, Maya API.

 

Good to have:

  • Knowledge of Version Control (Git, Perforce).
  • Rigging experience for Motion Capture (Motion Builder, HumanIK).
  • Knowledge of C++.
